Eric is an accomplished marathon runner and cross country coach. He and I go back a few years and it’s a pleasure to be able to share what Eric knows with others. He recently won a national title as head coach of Harper College’s cross country team.
He ran a 2:26 at the Boston Marathon and is currently working towards qualifying for the Olympic trials. |

Dave is a close friend of mine, a decorated athlete, and is now working to become a personal trainer. He and I are going to be committing to a 100 day fitness challenge and we are inviting others to join us on this adventure! We are all capable of doing greater things than we are aware of.
